Aparna Sinha is SVP, Head of AI Product at Capital One, where she is focused on building and delivering a strategic roadmap for AI capabilities at Capital One.

Aparna was previously at Pear VC, where she was Partner, AI/ML, focused on AI/ML, enterprise software, and developer tooling startup investments. She joined Pear after 10 years at Google, where she led a team across product, UX, data science, and developer engineering within Cloud’s Developer organization. Aparna was also an early product lead for Kubernetes at Google, where she built the team, shaped the roadmap, and grew revenues by 100x. She has worked on the Android platform, ChromeOS, and ML-driven CRM systems at Google. Prior to Google, Aparna was Director of Product at NetApp, leading work on storage management and private cloud integrations. Aparna also spent five years at McKinsey & Company in the business transformation office and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. She lives in Palo Alto, CA with her husband and their two kids, and enjoys social dance and yoga in her spare time.
